Applied Executive Management Program

The Applied Executive Management Program offers a package of training programs using the “Train-Apply” methodology, which contributes in preparing new generations in family businesses on the essential executive skills necessary to play a leadership role. The programs may include 1st line managers in order to in the family business, which helps in establishing a common ground and a quality business communication between the family and the senior management.

The program is designed to offer over 6 assignments on top of the class-room workshops in which participants will have the opportunity to implement each program skills under the supervision of program trainer. The assignments will be conducted over 7 weeks and could be real from participants company or given by the trainers as case study (total of 40 classroom training HOURS + 6 assignments over 7 weeks).
