In the light of organizational assessment and the Gap Analysis findings, a restructuring roadmap will be developed. The content and depth will be a function of:
1– The Strategy Updates and the change in company direction.
2– Any Operational or Financial Drop.
The re-structuring plan aims to:
1- Correction plan of any unwanted situations / obstacles that may limit the restructuring plan success.
2- The development objectives based on McKinsey 7S’s framework.
3- Plan executions actions list with due dates and responsibilities allocation.
4- Institutionalization & Sustainability through a knowledge management initiative aiming to document the ways of doing/ handling integer form of Policies, SOP’s, and related templates.
