Develop and draft a complete HR Manual, in line with best practices, that includes:

1- The bylaws including the detailed terms of the company or organization.

2- HR delegation of authority “DoA” matrices.

3- The job description manual for managers, supervisors, and critical jobs.

4- Grading & Pay Scale “GPS” manual, placement framework, and the guidelines to treat high turnover jobs/cases.

5- Recruitment SOP covering MP Planning stage, hiring procedures, orientation period, probation until the final stage of contract signing.

6- Performance Management “PM” Manual; PM Pillars, Criteria/ Standards, and PM Procedures including Appraisal.

7- Vacations Planning & Execution SOP.

8- Training Manual.

9- HR fundamental forms.
